There are numerous opportunities for any students seeking community service hours. More specifically for any NHS members who desperately need to get some. Check back weekly for an updated list.

-Devonian Elementary hosts reading and or math nights for the children every so often. They love to have high school students come and help out. You will read to the kids or help them with their math skills. See Mrs. Carter or get into contact with Devonian for more details.

-Mrs. Carter is granting community service hours to students for bringing coke can tabs to be recycled in order to benefit the Ronald McDonald foundation. Bring either your cans or your tabs to Mrs. Carter and she will determine the number of hours you deserve.

-Prom Art is held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 3:30 to 7:00 p.m. You are not required to stay the whole time. Art students are in desperate need of help in order to make this prom a success. This is a terrific, easy, and enjoyable way to earn some hours. See Mrs. Wheeler for more details.
